Google Chrome and Safari - both of which are built on the WebKit
browser engine - display it properly by default, but not Opera or
Firefox. You can get the latter two to work by changing the encoding
to UTF-16 (in Firefox, View->Character Encoding->More
Encodings->UTF16; similarly in Opera). MS FrontPage seems to have
produced pretty non-standard HTML from the original MS Word file.
