Carl is right, as he often is...  :)  However, let me also point out that it 
is not uncommon in post-classical authors, such as Josephus or Lucian, even 
those Atticizing tendencies, to use a perphrastic form of the perfect 
middle-passive in the indicative, which would be λελυτρωμένα εἰμί, and so 
you can sneak in a feminine form.  Of course, these forms are rare even in 
the Classical period.
