That's interesting. I wonder if you've used the Calibre software for converting
various document formats into E-Reader text formats. I've had great success
with Calibre converting ancient Greek texts with Unicode fonts into the Mobi
format for display on my own Kindle. Breathing marks were reversed with the
older Kindle operating system but convert properly now. One can make
hypertexted Contents conveniently by putting the document into HTML format
before converting to MOBI. I had thought of making my own GNT for Kindle,
but I think I might prefer to use the SBL GNT since it was released into the
public domain.
