I believe the word presbutis here refers to a woman elder and not just 
an elderly woman, that is, it refers to a woman priest.  The young men 
and young women are youth leaders.  
Certainly, the word diakonos in Romans 16:1 is masculine and refers to 
a woman, Phoebe.
