Hi David,
I agree with Jim. This has been discussed on the forum, but again
briefly:
Same text, Different apparatus.
NA27 -- shows many more variant readings
-- quite condensed apparatus, extensive use of
symbols, and very brief abbreviations
UBS4 -- gives a more exhaustive list of manuscripts for
the fewer variant readings it does show
-- apparatus a little easier to read
Both the NA27 and the UBS4 are quite cheaply purchased directly from
the American Bible Society ($23 each):
