Here's a rookie's take on this phrase:
"Wherefore also I myself all the more rejoice with (you), while expecting to
be saved."
...W + hEMAUTWi = I myself
MALLON = all the more
SUG = with (you) or jointly + CAIRW = rejoice
ELPIZWN = (confident) expectation, [adverbial ptc.]
