You are right. WN has the attraction of the rel. prn into the case of its
antecedent ELEHMOSUNWN. This, IMHO, has two ways of being translated: (1)
"she was full of good works of which she was doing almsgiving" (2) "she was
full of good works and was doing almsgiving"
