It's not really a grammar, but I've always found Moule's _Idiom Book of
New Testament Greek_ helpful, and I always keep handy my copy of Goodwin
and Gulich's _Greek Grammar_ even though it is a classical grammar. I
find it very helpful even when dealing with Koine. I've not used
Hewett's Beginning and Intermediate Grammar_ but I've looked at it, and
it looks fairly decent.
