I'm not sure what you're questioning here; "after having gone out" is
rather wooden but not inaccurate for EXELQONTES; I would quibble rather
with the positioning of "after His resurrection" in the above version, as
it seems to me that META THN EGERSIN AUTOU should more properly be
construed with the participial phrase than with the predicate as a whole;
that is: the exit from the tombs is chronologically noted as following upon
Jesus' resurrection. While it is true that EISHLQON and ENEFANISQHSAN must
also be consequent to the exit from the tombs and the resurrection, it does
seem to me that the word-order highlights the linkage between "leaving the
tomb" and the priority of Jesus' resurrection in a sort of POST HOC PROPTER
HOC linkage.
