Valencia,
I am a new member of the list, and have been enjoying following the debates
on various issues, and learning a lot.
I think your other questions have been answered by Mark Wilson. You asked
>John never used the substitive for ginwskw, is this correct?
You are correct. A search of the Greek of John's Gospel and 1,2,3 John
revealed no usage of the substantive GNWSIS. John does use the adjectival
GNWSTOS, at John 18:15,16 in the expression 'known to the high priest'.
