1. Great for Greek, if I recall correctly, is: Markus Barth (Anchor Bible
Series 34, 34a; 1974) 2 Volumes.

2. If you read German, these research articles are a must: H. Merkel, Der

and F. Mussner, s.v., "Epheserbrief" in TRE 9 (1982) 743-753.
