Blass, Debrunner, and Funk (or Blass, Debrunner, und Rehkopf, as the case
may be) is a grammar of NT Greek that is largely focused on the differences
between Classical Attic and Koine. In fact, it sort of assumes that you
already know Classical Attic and now want to know the differences in Koine
so you can read the NT.
