You can download these texts from:

These are morphologically tagged versions. If you want the Greek and
Hebrew, aligned in parallel, you can get them from:
gopher://ccat.sas.upenn.edu:3333/11/Religious/Biblical/parallel
I have another version of the LXX that has just the Greek text without
morphological tags, but I can't figure out where I downloaded it from.
Incidentally, if you want high-quality, accurate morphological tags, wait
for Gramcord to release their Septuagint...maybe Dale will comment on when
that is coming out?
