Perhaps not. NA27 seems to think there is some connection.
Note in the outside margin for Acts 7:42 the reference R1:24!.
The exclamation point is worth noting.

The exclamation point does not mean what it does in ordinary prose,
It is a special signal in NA27: It "indicates where a principal reference
list of passages related by a common theme or expression is found".
I.e., go to the passage so marked "for further related references."

I realize Clay knows that, but I thought that his comment might be
misunderstood. Oddly, at Rom 1:24, the only additional reference is
to verses 26 and 28! [THAT exclamation DOES indicate surprise!]
(I expected to find a long list of such passages, though I had no
idea what they might be.)
