I believe so, at least in earlier Catholic translations based on the Vulgate which is based to a large extent on the LXX. But I'd have to do some checking to substantiate this claim. A good little book on all of this which, unfortunately is no longer in print, is _The Bible: An Owner's Manual_. But I've misplaced my copy!
