Though Rengstorf is certainly the thing to use for serious work on Josephus,
the Perseus site provides a useful on-line resource for searching both the
Greek and the Whiston of Vita, Jewish War and Antiquities (but not yet Against
Apion). You can search in Greek or English. The Greek is all morphologically
tagged. See:
