On B-Greek, we do not approve each message manually. The only messages that
we screen are the first two from a new user, or messages from people who
are on probation.

Yes, that's precisely what you are supposed to do, and that's precisely
what each other person is supposed to do, including the list owner (me).
When Carl or Edward says stop, I stop, and I do not attempt to post
summaries or get in the last word on a topic. That's why I apologized to
Carl when I downloaded his "stop this thread" post while uploading a
message I had written on the thread.
