"judge," "suppose"; it can take an accusative and
infinitive 'indirect speech' construction, but it should be
remembered that if the subject of the infinitive is identical with
the subject of the introductory verb--here NOMIZEI--then the subject
of the infinitive is nominative and need not even be expressed.
Therefore the construction is, "If anyone supposes that he is
acting inappropriately with regard to his virgin ..."</div>
