ERCOMENON EIS TON KOSMON
I had a little time on my hands, so I actually did try
to look in the archives for this one. Working in the archives
may require an additional degree from MIT :o )
What are the grammatical considerations for determining
what ERCOMENON modifies? (The passage is John 1:9)
Is it grammatically conceivable that ERCOMENON would modify BOTH
the "true light" and "every man?"
Thank you,
Mark Wilson
