Yes, and that's the way I think I'd prefer to understand it: as a neuter
referring to the whole content of what's preceded: "wherein be glad!"--not
with reference to KAIRWi ESCATWi.

That's not at all impossible, but that seems pretty far removed to be the
antecedent of this EN hWi.

With respect to alliteration, the scheme we normally use on B-Greek
transliterates the Greek Rho with an ASCII R rather than P.
