She is survived by her loving husband, Henry T. Clark III, formerly of Chapel Hill, N.C.; daughter, Melissa C. Trivette and husband, Mike; sons, Chris Clark and wife, Jennifer, and Michael Clark, formerly of Carrboro, N.C.; sister, Bobbie Canvin; brother, James Canvin; three grandchildren, Jordan Clark, Julia Clark and Wesley Trivette; mother-in-law, Blanche Clark; sisters-in-law, Laura Healy and Anne Billings; and countless friends. <\/p>\n<p>Colleen was active in the Catholic Church and in education, working as a teacher, school counselor, peer-counseling coordinator and campus minister. Through these efforts, she has touched countless lives, and was described as a shining beacon in our world.
