University Lake was 4.75 inches below full on Friday and was overflowing Saturday. Based on water use in the last 30 days, OWASA has more than a year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s supply on hand. <\/p>\n<p>Year-round water conservation requirements are in effect as they have been since the late May.
