Descendants of Morris Hogan, a freed slave for whom the school was named, are expected to take part in the ceremony.<br \/>\nPrincipal Amy Rickard and school board chair Pam Hemminger will provide welcoming remarks and introductions. Elected officials will speak at the dedication.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nIn addition, members of the school\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s fifth-grade chorus will perform.
