CARF sent a review team to Carrboro service provider El Futuro (which was cited by CARF for \u00e2\u20ac\u0153effectively [addressing] the needs of the Latino community\u00e2\u20ac\u009d) and other providers on June 11 and 12 to examine documents and interview staff, board members, consumers and providers.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nOPC is the local government agency responsible for oversight and management of publicly funded mental health, developmental disability and substance abuse services in Orange, Person and Chatham counties.
