Recycled materials will be used and participating schools have received $500 to offset the costs. The theme for this year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s contest is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153A Whole Lotta Happy.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>The grand prize winner will receive $1,000; second place, $750; and third, $500.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You can follow the progress of area schools on a special website devoted to the contest, farmanimalfrenzy.com. Online voting for a People\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Choice award will begin Oct. 15. The judges\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 selection will be announced Oct. 12 at the N.C.
