A public-information open house is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Chapel Hill Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Repeating presentations will take place at 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 pm. <\/p>\n<p>A task force appointed by the town council developed ideas and worked with consultants to prepare a draft ordinance, which is posted online at <a href=\"http:\/\/townhall.townofchapelhill.org\/agendas\/2009\/09\/28\/7b\/\">townhall.townofchapelhill.org\/agendas\/2009\/09\/28\/7b\/<\/a> with related information.
