Butter, diced<br \/>\n1-1\/2 Pounds Medium Shrimp in Shell, cooked in boiling water until just pink, with \u00c2\u00bd lemon, 1 bay leaf and \u00c2\u00bd tsp thyme<br \/>\n\u00c2\u00be Tsp. Salt<br \/>\n\u00c2\u00bd Tsp. Pepper<br \/>\n\u00c2\u00bd Cup Bread Crumbs<br \/>\n1\/3 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Butter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.<br \/>\n2.Steam squash until just tender, then remove from heat and refresh in cold water.<br \/>\n3.Melt stick of butter, then cook onion until softened.<br \/>\n4.Peel and de-vein cooked shrimp.<br \/>\n5.In a low casserole or gratin dish, combine the squash, onion with butter, and shrimp, salt &#038; pepper.<br \/>\n6.Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, and dot with butter.<br \/>\n7.Bake for 10 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 15 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with a tomato salad for a very colorful meal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe Provided by: Bev Carr Ingredients: 2 Pounds Yellow &#038; Green Summer Squash (can be all yellow or all green but the color contrast is pleasing), cut into \u00c2\u00be\u00e2\u20ac\u009d chunks \u00c2\u00bd Cup Chopped Onion 1 Stick Unsalted Butter &#038; 1 Tbsp.
