She\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s making appearances at Durham\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Regulator Bookshop on Aug. 6 at 7 p.m., at Raleigh\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Quail Ridge Books on Aug. 26 at 7:30 p.m. and McIntyre\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Fine Books in Fearrington Village on Aug. 29 at 11 a.m. Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love, loved Erica\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s book. Come see why!<\/p>\n<p>In September, look for another of Carrboro\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s resident writers, Clay Carmichael, at the children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s area of the N.C. Literary Festival. With appearances by Goosebumps author R.L. Stine, Brian Pinkney, Judy Schachner, Hillsborough\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s John Claude Bemis and many other noted authors and illustrators, the children\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s area is destined to be a real hit with our young readers.
