The month commences with All Saints Day and D\u00c3\u00ada de los Muertos, then very quickly kills off an hour of daylight in the afternoon with another of man\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s infernal meddling with the clock. Daylight Savings Time, as its fans like to call it, ends Sunday morning, Nov. 6.
