I collect from a local fish market. I usually compost the fish in 5 gallon closed buckets using little water, fresh sawdust, dried leaves, and dry molasses powder. After several days, I use a little of this fish paste in my aerated compost tea recipes. After 24 hours, I can see some fish oil scum on top of the tea. Plenty smelling, and some foaming. Is this a strong fungal tea?>>>> It is most probably 
very, very strong bacterial tea.
