RES: [compost_tea] plants with humic acid

Raw humates are the best source that comes to my mind.
Probably, no other material would increse HA as much as
this one in a compost pile.
Dr Elaine was explaining the ideal C:N relationship that is necessary
for
HA formation but Raw Humates already have it . There is no formation
involved . It is just a matter of
releasing it from the carbon matrix.

Jose, Elaine-- Are there any particular plants or
materials that should be added to the compost pile or
worm bin to promote production of humic acid? TIA,
Dorothy
