40 bucks instead of 800 or several thousand is a good starting argument -
having to have the "proper" equipment sidelined me for a long time till I
figured out there were workable alternatives . I think this rig would make
decent bacterial tea and fed right you'd probably get workable fungi
numbers - most of the trouble I had with brewing was blamed on equipment and
turned out to be wrong (over) feeding. If someone can make a useful start
with a 40 dollar pump and a plastic bucket - dont you think thats better
than not doing anything?
