Hi Lloyd -
Well, it's that data thing. I need the numbers to show my colleagues before
they'll give it any credence. So, if you have any data that you've recorded,
I'd love to see it.
It's easy to say that it should take no effort to collect the data, but you
can't just do brix readings. You have to also document plant yield before
and after the frost. You have to document that plant yields were X before
the frost, that they were X-Y in the conventional, but still X in the
biological, and that brix was low in the conventional and higher in the
biological fields after the frost (before the frost would be nice too,
but....). It isn't just all that easy to do the science.
