To my understanding, CA testing method does not recognize the fulvic
acid aspect. Fulvic acid is soluble in either high or low pH.

I recommend that those of you wishing to evaluate humic products send
samples
to A&L Agricultural labs in Modesto California. Have them run the assay
for
humic acid and have them run the CDFA assay (California assay). This
will
give you a measure of the humic acid content and an indication of its
nature
with respect to the size of the molecules.

I would also recommend you request the Salt Index, the levels of S, Na,
K and
the pH.

This will provide you with some information to judge the quality of the
material.
