Yes, thanks from me too, John. I never heard of Wilson but now I can appreciate his early work! I have thought of Walden Pond for the far bigger animals - the frogs. I wonder if our fearless leader, Dr Elaine might have been inspired in her work by Mr Wilson? Elaine has gone a couple magintudes smaller than Wilson , looking for wilderness in the soil, found it and described it so well I can see it, eyes closed! Bob
