Miss the many subjects that made this list so interesting. One messge this Saturday. Merla did you ever get some answers to your weed problem? I paced off 8 miles of road the other day. That is one BIGGG project.!! Have you considered getting the Country to ask the State to use the equipment that road building contractors use to plant road ways? Gound up mulch, nutrients, ( TEA??) seeds, water. Close mow weeds, Lightly till the soil, spray on this thick wet muclch. Irrigate it by spray if needed. Add TEA to irrigation water. You can probably get desirable plants established. If these are plants that would be damaged by 24 D then that would not be an option. Clover, wild flowers. Some wild flowers are as persistant as weeds yet are not objectionable. Never need cutting or control or 24 D.. Spent 7 hour showing Bob-O Lators and Bittis at a Puyallup Spring Fair. The fair is oriented to gardeners. I guess 1 in 100 knew that TEA existed and a little of what it
was. We have a long education job ahead of us. Bob.
