THere is a list of USA institutes somewhere - try the PC Activist.
Here in Mexico the Instituto de Permacultura de Mexico is in San Miguel
de Allende, Guanajuato. Sugget you contact them directly at
palodulz@mpsnet.com.mx (some of them speak english)
