How to Post a Message
To post a message send an email message to:
barbecue@sptsb.com
The message must be sent from the same email address as that used to subscribe.
How to Reply to a Posting
For your response to go the entire list, simply send a reply email message. Using the "Re: Mail" button in the Netscape mail client will do this. For Internet Explorer's Internet Mail client, it's the "Reply to Author" button. Others may require you to use the "Reply" button and manually cc: barbecue@sptsb.com.
How To Get a Copy of Your Posting
The server will automatically send you a copy of your posting as it resends your posting to the list. Most email clients, of course, keep a copy of outgoing email in a "sent" folder.

Subscription Modes |
FEED
- In this mode, the subscriber receives list messages as they are posted.
- DIGEST
- In this mode, the subscriber periodically receives digest messages.
- INDEX
- In this mode, the subscriber periodically receives index messages. An index
message is the same as the digest Table Of Content, but it does not contain the posted messages
themselves. INDEX subscribers can see if they are interested in any posted messages, and use
the Web interface to read those messages in the mailing list archive.
|
When subscription request messages are sent to these addresses, the
message From: header fields are used as requester's E-mail address. This is the same address you must use to post messages or make changes to your subscription status.
