We pursue in our long mild fall weather, Seattle, the idea that CT is
better, more effective and less expensive than trying to clean away
all the microbes from under fruit trees and raspberry patches and
grape vineyards is to soak the ground with CT.  Certainly all the
scraping and raking will not remove the microbes.  The CT will ( we
think ) overwhelm the adverse microbes and establih beneficial
microbes in the soil that will increase in number and effect all
winter.  CT will add to the soil and root development all winter.
CT will reduce the disease problems and insect problems by spring.
Is that right, Elaine?  Tom?  Joel? Jeff?  Paul?  Gita?  Seaneen?
Dan ?  Glen? Feast of Fields,Who else?? everybody, Lets hear your
thoughts!!

Yes, Bob I agree from what I have learned the last 3 years that what you are saying about Fall spraying is correct.  The microbes also help to brake down all that leaf litter that gets left behind.    Hope this helps...                             ;) Seaneen @ CGI
