I certainly can't speak for everyone who doesn't post
often/regularly/at all, but I joined this list to learn all I can
about CT: what it is, how to make it, what to put in it, how to use
it, and ultimately where to buy the right sized brewer/aerator.

I have two +/- 1600 sq. ft. deer-fenced garden areas with a
homesteaders' mix of vegetables and berries, plus a few apple trees
and miscellaneous ornamentals around the house.

I am still learning the lingo, so I hesitate to speak up until I can
ask a good enough question to elicit the information I need.

Right now I'm wondering how to keep a cup of compost + grain flour at
80 F for 48 hours in order to see if I can grow fungi. I could put it
in the oven, but then what might I be encouraging to take up
residence in my kitchen??

Thank you to everyone who contributes to the list, helping to educate
this newbie.
