[compost_tea] Re: Low Fungi

Also, I've lowered my brewing temp, had started around 80F expecting 
it would drop considerably in this cooler weather.  Now I'm trying to 
start at 65F since the EPM pump helps to warm it as it goes along, as 
well as a bit of metabolic heat from the microbes.  This seems to have 
improved my fungi, which were kinda like yours, with good bacteria 
numbers.

My brew temps tend to be a few degrees either side of 70F here...are 
you trying to keep it warmer?
