Seminar Location....and More INFO!



Greeting folks...

I received a ton of input and questions regarding the coming SFI seminar....
So, rather than pick each individual by hand, I'm sending out this info
to our whole list.

To those of you who recently "unsubscribed", we're working on updating our list
in the next two days.  You'll be removed after this message.  Sorry for the hassle, but

8:15 What is a healthy compost?  Organism groups and numbers for different
plants 
8:30 Who are the organisms in the compost foodweb?  How do they affect the
soil foodweb?  The foliar foodweb?
10 Coffee break (we provide coffee)
10:15 The thermal compost cycle, static composting: The important factors
to consider 
11:30  The benefits of compost and compost tea: Why you use them, when, and
how.

Noon Lunch (on your own)

1 pm How to know Soil or Compost Health: Sampling, tests you can do on your
own, tests to have labs assess

Speakers: Mary Applehof, Bruce Elliot
2 pm Vermicompost

Speaker: Michael Alms
3 pm  Compost tea, Microb-brewer demo

Speaker:  Elaine Ingham 
4 Products: Foods and inocula to bring back the foodweb
