biocoppicing information

I'm currently carrying out research into the use of
biocoppicing/woodchips/cellulose processing and the costs and benefits to
businesses as a way of promoting this renewable energy source to
businesses in Humberside. Local farmers have already been encouraged to
use set aside land for the planting of alder and willow, and the next
stage is to encourage the business community. Any examples of the use of
this energy source to be used as either specific or generic case studies
would be invaluable. The specific information required is the cost of
boiler conversion to either wood chips alone, or a combination with oil,
and the savings made by companies. This will be presented to local
businesses as a way of encouraging them to look to alternatives.
