There was a Horned Grebe at Beaver Lake today. This is the first one
of the season at the lake (as far as I know, considering....)
Also, a bit unusual, a Red Tailed Hawk was being harassed by some
crows when it tried to enter the lake airspace. Must have been a
tourist since everyone knows it is Red Shouldered territory.
Gadwall and Woodies continue to be seen daily.
Don't forget the Beaver Lake bird walk on Saturday AM at 9:00. Be
there (or bring me Water Wings).
