I observed a first-winter Laughing Gull at Myrtle Beach, SC that was color
marked: red band over metal band on the right leg, no bands on the left.
Does anyone know who might be color banding young Laughing Gulls? I didn't
have my scope with me, so I couldn't read the number off the band.
