The second bird walk for the Greenville County Bird Club has has been
scheduled for Jones Gap State Park. Meet at the BI-LO off of highway 25
in Travelers Rest at 8:00 A.M. Saturday April 28th. It is in the Gateway
Village Shopping Center over to your right if you a going North and is
across the street from George Coleman Ford. Simon Thompson owner of
Ventures will be our guest leader. On the yard bird scene, I had an male
Indigo Bunting in my yard for a few days this week. Also, the
Rose-breasted Grosbeak started to eat at the sun flower feeder and
stayed through Friday.
