When there's a better alternative to replace it with?
Please leave the FUD to other people. Drawing boxes on the Xlib
target gives equal performance to the fbdev target where LibGGI
hits the accel registers directly, and this means 6 times faster
than using KGIcon ioctl()s!

Also, considering that software-only Mesa gives about 0.3 FPS I think
7fps is a fair performance improvement for an early pre-release,
especially as G200 is not known to have very impressive 3D performance.

Until MesaGGI does more than 7fps on a G200 I find it quite pointless
complaining at the people which at least achived that - it will give
us neither more code or friends
