I see.  I guess they lowerd the ENTIRE ROAD not just the New Hamstrure 
part.  It is nothing but farm land from Md. 97 to 108 near Damascus and 
I'll sure hate to get stuck behind someone doing anything close to the 
speed limit.  (I took it at 60 most of the way).  Maybe I can get montgomery 
county to raise the limit to 50 on that one stretch considering the fact 
that hardly anyone lives off of it (yeah like they would care).

Humm interesting.  The reason I ask is becuase most all two lane higways 
in MD or at 50.  I think its some sort of MD regulation.
