Speaking of Brighton Dam Rd. - has anyone ever noticed that the speed
limits over the dam are different in each direction? Going from
Montgomery COunty to Howard County, the speed limit is 30 mph, but in the
other direction it's 25 mph. Is this a screw-up or is this legit?
