relax-n-havefun posted saying that he/she was new
to gardening and wanted plans for a fruit & vegetable
gardens.

Sunset has a basic landscaping book titled, "Sunset
Landscaping Illuistrated" ISBN 0-376-03459-9 which is
more or less O.K. but ultimately not really much of an
answer as the design of the garden depends so much on
where you garden and your particular gardening conditions,
your space, your budget, your purpose, your commitment, etc.

Probably the group could be more helpful if we knew more
of that kind of stuff. I think one of the most important
things for a new gardener to really accept is that it's
O.K. to make a mistake. Gardens evolve, as do gardeners,
and the process is mostly that of trail and error plus a
dash of luck and the willingness to keep at it.

Do as your name suggests, "relax and have fun". Enjoy the
bumpy path to your garden of gardens and start from where
ever.
